Day 11 - 0 Miles

No physical activity yesterday. No excuses. My legs feel good as new now but I didn't feel like doing anything. I'm realizing that I need to readjust my running goal. Instead of running everyday, I should shoot for a certain distance each month. For example, run 200 miles a month. I need to think about the exact distance that I want to commit to each month before making it a goal.

I did eat a tad bit healthier yesterday. One cup of cereal for breakfast. Small portion of meatloaf and veggies (leftovers from a dinner that our friend made for us) for lunch. Swedish fish for snacks (a small package - this was my only splurge). Sushi for dinner (I ate a lot of this but none of the fried or cream cheese type of rolls. Just a boat load of sushi though). I didn't really snack as much today (aside from the swedish fish) and my portions for breakfast and lunch were significantly smaller.

Yesterday I was grateful for...

1. Sushi Thu on Sushi Wed - Steve and I always have a sushi night every Thu. Sushi Thu isn't happening this week because Steve has to work so we moved it to Wed. We always go to new sushi places each week. It is definitely one of the highlights of the work week!

2. My BFF Jill sent me a dress idea for the bridesmaids. I'm psyched! It's the dress posted on the blog.

3. Blue/Orange or Blue/Yellow - I didn't have a color scheme in mind for the wedding until Jill sent me this dress in the Mediterranean Blue. I love the color and now I'm thinking of doing a blue/orange or blue/yellow wedding. I figured it would be nice for August.
