Day 4 - 1 Mile

I'll be running only a mile each day for the next 3 days. I have 2 long runs this weekend so I need to rest my legs. Since it was only a mile, not many thoughts went through my head because it went by fast. However, thoughts of gratitude went through my mind during my drive home from Philly....

1. Grateful I didn't get a speeding ticket on my way home. I was going about 10-15 mph over the speed limit for the 150 mile drive.

2. Worked with a great group of telemarketers. I'm excited these guys are supporting my outside sales reps. I know we're going to accomplish a lot this year!

3. Last day working out at Bally's. This morning I ran on Bally's indoor track. I asked one of the trainers how many laps for a mile. He didn't know. I asked another trainer. She didn't know. Usually an indoor track has a sign that tells you how long each lap is or how many laps for a mile. No such sign at Bally's. Grateful to not be working out there tomorrow.

  1. I think Bally's should be called a play ground! What gym doesn't have water or a sign telling you how many laps a mile is? I bet they have a sign telling what way to run and on what day but no sign as to how many laps for a mile! REDICULOUS!
